Providing Customer Satisfaction with S&QC
To create the highest customer satisfaction, FamilyMart adopted the ‘S&QC’ system in all of its stores for the same standard of products and services. Each letter of S&QC symbolizes a word as follow:
S = Service emphasizes good service to satisfy all customers through continuous theoretical and practical training courses. This includes service checks and advisers for all stores
Q = Quality emphasizes quality products in demand by customers with close monitoring for expired products. A check system monitors all equipment used to keep products fresh at all times.
C = Cleanliness emphasizes cleanliness, both internal and external store areas, and includes all product presentations that will ensure FamilyMart stores maintain the highest state of cleanliness.
